Under 6 & Under 8 Camogie

Michael Davitt Under 8 Camogie team had a great year.   They played in six tournament’s and won four of them, being very narrowly beaten in the other two!  They also played other friendly matches which they won convincingly.  Considering seven of these girls namely, Emer Coyle, Hannah O’Kane, Chloe Bradley, Claire Kearney, Niamh Tohill, Blanaid Tohill and Mary Lagan are all still under 8 next year, we will hopefully have another successful year in 2009 at this age group! 

Moving up to the under 10 age group will be Dara McGuckin, Kate Friel, Caroline McCormack, Bronagh Quinn, Aoife O’Kane, Aine Lagan, Carla McKeagney, Cliodhna Turner, Clare Quigg, and Shauna O’Kane.  These girls will hopefully be on the receiving end of more silverware at the end of the season next year!
